How to Practice
- Begin in Mountain Pose
- Shift weight to left foot
- Place right foot on inner left thigh or calf
- Avoid placing foot on knee
- Press foot and leg together
- Bring hands to heart or overhead
- Find a focal point for balance
- Hold 5 breaths, switch sides
