How to Practice
- Kneel on the floor, big toes touching
- Sit back on heels
- Separate knees hip-width or wider
- Fold forward, bringing chest toward thighs
- Extend arms forward or alongside body
- Rest forehead on the mat
- Breathe deeply and relax
- Hold for 1-3 minutes

Place pillow under forehead or chest. Use blanket under knees if needed.
