How to Practice
- Lie face down, legs extended
- Place hands under shoulders
- Press tops of feet into mat
- Inhale and lift chest off floor
- Keep elbows slightly bent
- Press pelvis into floor
- Gaze forward or slightly up
- Hold for 15-30 seconds

Contraindications
