How to Practice
- Start on hands and knees
- Wrists under shoulders, knees under hips
- Inhale: drop belly, lift gaze (Cow)
- Exhale: round spine, tuck chin (Cat)
- Move slowly with breath
- Repeat 10-20 rounds
