How to Practice
- Lie flat on your back
- Separate feet hip-width
- Let feet fall open naturally
- Place arms alongside body, palms up
- Close eyes
- Release all effort
- Breathe naturally
- Rest for 5-10 minutes

Tips
Cover yourself with a blanket. Support knees with bolster. Use eye pillow for deeper relaxation.
