How to Practice
- Sit with knees bent, feet on floor
- Hold behind thighs
- Lean back, lift feet off floor
- Balance on sit bones
- Extend legs to 45-degree angle
- Extend arms parallel to floor
- Keep spine straight
- Hold for 10-30 seconds

Keep knees bent if straight legs are challenging. Use strap around feet if needed.
