How to Practice

  • Stand with feet wide
  • Turn right foot out 90 degrees
  • Square hips toward front
  • Reach right hand to left foot
  • Extend left arm to ceiling
  • Twist and gaze up
  • Hold for 5 breaths
  • Repeat other side
