How to Practice

  • Start in Pigeon Pose
  • Place hands on back
  • Draw elbows together
  • Lift chest, arch back
  • Reach for right foot with left hand
  • Create a bow shape
  • Hold for 30 seconds
  • Switch sides

Benefits

This pose opens hip flexors, quadriceps, chest. It stretches entire front body.
